Is Velon an official PSCAD agent?
Yes. Manitoba Hydro International, which owns PSCAD, lists Velon Energy Engineering Consultancy FZCO as its authorised agent for the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. See the list on pscad.com.
Can we try PSCAD before buying?
Yes. The Free Edition is the full PSCAD, limited only by network size. Download it from pscad.com and we will help you get started.
We already have PSCAD. Can you support it?
Yes. We renew maintenance, add seats, move older versions to v5.1 and help your team with models and licensing.
How is PSCAD licensed?
PSCAD v5 uses certificates from MHI's cloud licence manager, so engineers can keep working offline. We help you work out how many licences you need and set them up.
Do you train in Arabic?
Yes. We run PSCAD courses with MHI in English or Arabic, on site in the Gulf or online. See the courses.
